The Home Buying Process
Step One
We will conduct a loan discovery session with you. We will take a look at your financial situation, your goals and get a very clear idea of your lending needs. From this session we will have the information that we need to calculate your borrowing power and let you know exactly how much you can lend.
Step Two
We will compare hundreds of different loans from Australia’s leading lenders to find you the perfect loan for your circumstances.
Step Two
We will give you all of your options and clearly explain the pros and cons of each situation. As well as the lenders requirements and Terms and Conditions of the loans available.
Step Four
If you decide to proceed with an application, we will come to you (or video call), day or night and go over the application and clearly go through it - answering any questions you have along the way.
Step Five
We will assemble the application and all the relevant paper work to communicate with the lender and get your home loan approved as quickly as possible.

Once your application has been approved we will help you understand the contracts and get everything ready for settlement! Happy days!
